I have a toy poodle puppy. Is it safe to give him the full dose of a 5 way vaccination?

My puppy is 7 weeks and is a toy poodle. I bought a 5-way vaccination from a tractor supply store. Is it safe to give him the full dose because he is so small? Or should I only give him half?|||It is safe, but how did you get it from a tractor supply store? It doesn't really matter the size of the dog, just the age.
