Why is it hard to train a toy dog?

I was wondering why it is hard to house train a dog in the Toy Group? Like Pappilons?|||Most people carry toy dogs. They then gain this personality that they are the king of the world. Why would a king listen to their "servant?" It's called the Napoleon Complex.

Many people also use puppy pads to house break their toy breeds. This only confuses the dog, and gives the dog the message, "It's ok to go to the bathroom inside the house."|||Small breeds seem to be more high strung with shorter attention spans. You have to keep training sessions short and fun and rewarding for your pup. Don't feed your dog before starting a training session and use the pup's food as rewards. Keep trying and if all else fails enroll in a training class nearby|||toys are hard to train. you need a real dog, duh!|||bacause they are full of energy and can't control it!
