How do you load your ps2 eye toy as a windows vista webcam?

i have a windows vista and a black namtai eye toy from a few years ago. is it possible to use this as a webcam? and what do i have to download?|||I don't think it natively supports Windows. There may be some drivers out there that somebody wrote. But webcams can be had for $30 these days. So it's probably less of a hassle to buy cheap webcam instead.
