How to find the average speed of a toy car?

For my homework I had 3 trails where we see how fast it takes a toy car to go a yard and we did this 3 TRIALS.

And for the graph I have time on the x axis and trials on the y.|||the speed for any trial is distance/time. in your case distance =1 yd, so the speed in yards per second is 1/t where t is the time in seconds that you measured for the trial.

so you three times, t1, t2, t3.

you have three speeds: 1/t1, 1/t2, 1/t3.

the average is the sum of the speeds divided by 3: (1/t1 + 1/t2 + 1/t3)/3

that's the best I can do without having your actual numbers.
