How do you make a fast, non - powered, toy car?

For a class project, we have to make a toy car. From a ramp, the car will be released, and the car that travels the farthest wins. The cars cannot have any added power. The assignment has to do with static and kinetic friction. Basically we just have to make a car that reduces that friction without any added assets like wind or electric power. How should we design our car? What materials should we use?|||my son did that 30 years ago in the mini soap box derby in cub scouts/still going on i see/go to hobbyh shop and get the stuff|||First off is there a weight limit? if so meet that limit, heavier the better, then your going to need to find the narrowest hardest wheels you can, if there's a diameter limit meet that too, the bigger the better, and these wheels are going to need to spin with the least resistance possible, as this is a school project going to the hobby shop and buying precision wheels and bearings would be expensive not to mention taking away from the spirit of the competition, and with any competition there are set rules, and as I don't know what they are I cant help you much more.
