How do you futurize the town hall in toy story 3 the game?

In toy story three the game there is a quest were you have to futurize the town how do you ???|||I had some trouble with this one too and I dont remember the whole thing but I think that you use the blue wallpaper that has the stars on it.|||To be honest I haven't made it that far but If I had to guess I would put something to do with the moon being earth and or robotic humans and laser tech devices.
