Do toy soldiers indoctrinate children that government is the best way to solve problems?

Should people who support limited government avoid giving toy soldiers to their children?|||I think the term "indoctrinate" is woefully overused.

War - as a child's game in the future may be considered barbaric. Someday it may be the equivalent of parent's letting their children play "slavemaster" or "rape". But in today's culture - war is a perfectly acceptable institution.

Let's just stay realistic out here. We are lucky to be alive in any time. It just so happens we are all alive at this point in history.|||Children will play and imagine all sorts of things based on what they see and hear around them.

In the 50's kids played a lot of "cow boys Vs indians" games because that's what they saw a LOT of on TV (for this reason my kids do NOT watch TV) ... more important than what sort of toys any given kid has access to, is the environment that they are exposed to.|||No, community organizers do that.

Keep your children away from the public schools, where all the teachers are community organizers.

Give them toy guns and toy soldiers, so your children will learn that you have to fight for your freedom.|||hmmmmmmmmm, so do you think barby dolls and GI Joes not having sex organs is a government plot to prevent teenage sex ???

LMAO|||There are stretches and then there are stretches.|||Your question is bass achwards....ask those kids in Africa with the AK47's..Indoctrination by their Paw..

Isn't that what got you goin.|||The real indoctrination goes on in school.|||No where as much as government schools.|||No.
