Where did Buzz find his speaker in wrist communicator from Toy Story 3?

From Toy Story, Buzz peeled his speaker off his wrist communicator after he find out he was just a toy from on TV commercial. In Toy Story 3, when Lotso was reset Buzz to turn back to be a space ranger again and he talked to his wrist communicator again. Where did he find his speaker or still he can do it without it?|||It was always just a sticker, so when he was talking to his "wrist communicator" he was basically talking to himself(like always )to an empty space. He didn't have a new sticker or anything
