What were old toy yellow discs for tracing animals?

What was the toy from 1960s? where you put a thumbtack in the middle of these yellow plastic discs - when you rotated the discs you would trace a different line every time at the 12 o'clock position, and when you were done you had drawn an animal or something?|||Spirograph? There was a little kids version I think that was like that.
