Second - the carrier MUST be big enough for them to turn around - I've seen numerous documentaries on cable about airports - and they always insist the container has enough room for the dog (a) to be able to stand if needed and (b) to turn around - to ease comfort. IF the animal reception centre at the outbound airport feels the container is too small - they'll put your dogs in a larger one AND charge you for it !
It's ALSO your responsibility to make sure the dogs have adequate water during transit !|||You can bring on a small dog. It's not limited to seeing eye dogs. Call the airline and set it up. Ask them about the size of the carrier. My daughter is bringing a Shih Tzu with her. The only thing is that the airline has a limit as to how many can be in the cabin during a particular flight.
