I think she's trying to tell you she really enjoys whatever you have going on and doesn't want to change it up just yet.
That doesn't mean that toys are forbidden for the entirety of your relationship. It just means she's satisfied with your present sack skills and doesn't think things need to be turned up a notch yet.
Take it as a compliment, and maybe suggest it later on down the road if you feel things are starting to get stale.
