Why does my cat bring the same toy to my bed every night?

Every night after my boyfriend and I go to bed, my cat brings his toy, "squeaky mouse", from the living room to our bedroom and leaves it next to our bed. He also meows while carrying it.|||This cat probably thinks of this toy like its own kitten. It doesn't have any kittens of its own, so it treats the toy as its own. You should let the cat do its thing鈥攖he toy's it's little baby. It's pretty cute, although it's noisy since it's a squeak toy.|||If I found a toy that works, I would bring it to your bed... Every night. I would imagine your cat is no different.
