Why did Wikipedia write that new Buzz was the minor antagonist of Toy Story 2?

I was read on Wikipedia that new Buzz with a utility belt that he was the minor antagonist of Toy Story 2.|||In simple terms antagonist means:



"A person, or a group of people who oppose the main character, or the main characters"



The Buzz Lightyear in the toy store opposes Andy's buzz by locking him in the Buzz Lightyear box, hence the use of Minor Antagonist by wikipedia.
