What is the name of this toy and where do I find it?

I recall seeing these toy bricks in this video:

I did a few google searches on soft big colorful bricks/blocks, but I can't find anything similar to those. They look like fun toys for toddlers to build with without getting hurt, but I've never known who's made them. Any hints are helpful.|||some call them Jumbo Cardboard Blocks and other times they are reffered to as Brick Blocks lol...
