Is the toy fox terrier recognized by the american kennel club?

I have a very pretty toy fox terrier who is also very smart, so is he recognized?|||i wouldn't worry about it being recognized by any kennel club...kennel cluds don't care about the dogs health...they just care about getting that money from breeders.....|||The breed of Toy Fox Terriers are recognized by the AKC under Toy Breeds.

Your dog may or may not be registered- if you purchased him from a breeder, you should have gotten his AKC registration papers with him. If you didn't, then he is not registered with AKC and is not personally "recognized", which means he cannot compete in AKC events and no offspring of his can ever be registered. But as a breed, yes, Toy Fox Terriers are recognized.|||Yes the AKC registers the TFT. If he's not already registered with them though all you can get is an PAL registration which is good for events other than conformation.
