If anyone can tell me how to build a homemade pump , it can be mechanical or operated by using a toy motor....
Plz instruct me if anyone knows.|||Easy way is to get one of those 12 volt air compressors that plug into a car's 12 volt system.
Take it apart to see how it works. They already have a "toy" sized motor in them.
You can get them for about $10.
