How can I make a vinyl toy like model?

I need to make a model and I want to make it have the look and feel of a vinyl toy, but I don't know what materials I need. Does anyone know of the names of the materials (brands) and a price range and of any tutorials that I could reference?|||Hi. You could try Apoxie Sculpt.
