What are my chances of getting into Augsburg College?

The college is private and located in Minneapolis. I got a 23 on my ACT and I am a PSEO student (meaning I have taken community college classes my junior and senior year of high school). I have a 3.94 college GPA and 3.845 high school GPA. Am I likely to be accepted? Another question: Is this school worth going to for the two year pre-pharmacy program? What are my chances of getting into Augsburg College?

How do you know if you're an Auggie?

If something is exciting, invigorating, and completely unexpected, you want to be right in the middle of it. For you, the best way to learn about something is to do it -- in the classroom, on the playing field, on the theater stage, and out in the community.

Augsburg for Adults is real life learning

We know that for most people, "real life" includes jobs, kids, and a million things to do. Going back to school means adding one more thing to your list.

So how does getting a degree fit into the mix? For each person, the story is a little different. See how some of our students have balanced life and learning and made it all the way -- at last -- to graduation.

FATE OF THE EARTH

Have you ever stopped to think that what you do, use, eat, throw away, read, and watch affects other people? It can be an overwhelming thought. But if you also realize that one small change makes a difference, you're on the way to improving our planet.

This fall, first-year students will pair with faculty and staff to explore the consumption of food, fuel, and media in contemporary culture in our first integrated term 鈥?Fate of the Earth 101.

AUGGIES PLAY TO WIN

Being an Auggie athlete means success both on and off the field. When Auggies aren鈥檛 setting school records or winning sportsmanship awards, they鈥檙e busily racking up academic honors. And between classes and practice, they鈥檙e out serving as mentors to young athletes or lending a hand in the community. Wherever they are, you can bet they are active and involved.

Just what is the experience of a lifetime?

Early morning coffee. Life in Urness. Service-learning project in Cedar-Riverside. Study abroad in Guatemala. Campus ministry trip to the Gulf Coast. Gospel Praise concert at the Dakota. Intramural basketball at 9. Study breaks at Nabo. Ride the light rail downtown. At Augsburg, you can do it all!

Through Homecoming, Advent Vespers, athletic events, Velkommen Jul, Center for Global Education programs, and the Alumni Online Community, we鈥檒l help you stay connected to other Auggies far and wide!
