Did ULF weapon research at Augsberg College cause the bridge collapse in Minneapolis?

Reports from Russia鈥檚 Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics

located in Irkutsk are reporting today that their Siberian Solar Radio Telescope(SSRT) detected a 鈥榤assive鈥?ultra low frequency (ULF) 鈥榖last鈥?emanating from Latitude: 45掳 00' North Longitude: 93掳 15' West at the 鈥榚xact鈥?moment, and location, of a catastrophic collapse of a nearly 2,000 foot long bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota."

...

"These reports further state that one of the United States primary research organizations into acoustic weapons research is Augsburg College, and which is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and most importantly less

than 1 mile from the Interstate 35W Bridge collapse.

To the exact reason of why, and what exactly happened in this catastrophe we can only speculate, but, with what is known about the United States past history of using sophisticated weapons on their own citizens for 鈥榬esearch鈥?purposes it certainly lies in the realm of possibility that this horrific tragedy is rooted in the use of ULF weapons."Did ULF weapon research at Augsberg College cause the bridge collapse in Minneapolis?
Hmmm???? Did the bridge falling onto the ground create ultra low frequency vibrations at the exact moment of its collapse??? Chicken or egg???

Revised:

For the curious - the only source I could find on the web using yahoo search engine at 9:00 PDT on August 3, 2007 was the site below - a site dedicated, by its own admission, to "UFOs, Conspiracy Theorists and the Lunatic Fringe".

Revised/Revised:

I found the source. It's from a website that seems to have more in common with the Weekly World News than the New York Times.

I do not know whether the bridge fell down sequentially over several seconds - or all at once in unison. In any case, a bridge is a complicated system - once one part fails - support for other parts fail - and the torques, stresses and other forces acting on the bridge and its various parts change which can lead to failure of other parts of the bridge above and beyond the initial failed part.Did ULF weapon research at Augsberg College cause the bridge collapse in Minneapolis?
Source please?

Its certainly possible that an acoustic weapon could have done this, especially on one that was structually weak...but it would have required a TON of power, and it would have had to be located quite near to the bridge.

I smell a bad consipracy theory here. However, the manner in which the bridge collapsed requires a little more explanation...I would have expected it to collapse more randomly, piece by piece rather than all at once. Unless something destroyed the pylons all at once.Did ULF weapon research at Augsberg College cause the bridge collapse in Minneapolis?
Where are the reports. I have checked all references to russia and Augsberg College and find to reports. Just more blogs repeating the same garbage.
No, the bridge was deficient.
